they are committing to buy that puppy and that placing a deposit
down on a puppy takes that puppy off the market and the puppy IS

non-refundable. If you have placed a deposit for a certain color or
sex of puppy and there is no puppy that meets your criteria in that
particular litter (after all, we are not Mother Nature), your deposit
will transfer to the next available litter and you will be placed at
the top of the list.
