Please read the following as it protects you as the Buyer and gives you certain rights and
responsibilities. We do not assume responsibility for illness brought on by poor nutrition.
Warranty: It is the responsibility of Seller to deliver a clean, healthy puppy free of life
threatening defects. If puppy has life threatening illness due to genetics up until age 5 years,
we will replace puppy with one of equal value as soon as one is available. I will need a
diagnosis from your veterinarian stating that it is due to breeding and from the sire or dam
and not just a fluke of nature. All transportation costs and vet fees are the responsibility of
owner. . A puppy purchased as a family pet should be spayed or neutered and will be entered
as such in individual records with the American Kennel Club. This is called Limited
Registration. The responsibilities of the Buyer are: To have your puppy examined by your
veterinarian within 72 hours. This time can be extended for one week only. If the
veterinarian finds a life threatening disease you must notify Seller immediately. I will replace
the puppy with another one of the same sex and color as soon as another one is available.
Veterinarian fees, medicine, travel, shipping and any quarantine will be the Buyer's
responsibility. We are not responsible for retained testicles or hernias. We assume no
responsibility, If you allow your veterinarian to vaccinate puppies with a bunch of
vaccinations at any one given time. Or if they are allowed to give the puppy a shot
containing Lepto. Because of the health of the puppy. When a puppy is shipped by air, a
health certificate accompanies the puppy. We assume no responsibility for airline mishaps. If
this contract is not returned signed, any warranty will be VOID. If puppy is transferred from
original purchaser to another buyer, any and all warranties are null and void. We do not
guarantee size, color, or weight . All deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. . No
other terms, provisions or assurance, stated or implied, shall apply to this agreement than
